Proje, Arnavutk\u00f6y il\u00e7esinde, \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 ile G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk aras\u0131nda konumlanacak. \u0130\u00e7erisinde 300\u2019den fazla ma\u011faza bulunacak.
Florentia Village Luxury Designer Outlet projesi, \u0130talya\u2019n\u0131n \u0130hracat Kredi Kurumu SACE S.p.A (SACE) ile JP Morgan Londra\u2019n\u0131n kararl\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi sayesinde hayata ge\u00e7irildi. SACE\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki ilk ve en b\u00fcy\u00fck finansman paketi olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yan bu garanti kapsam\u0131nda, J.P. Morgan Londra projenin finansman\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m bedeli 160 milyon Euro olan projede; yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n 100 milyon Euro\u2019luk k\u0131sm\u0131 kredi, 60 milyon Euro\u2019luk k\u0131sm\u0131 ise do\u011frudan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mla sa\u011fland\u0131. 12 y\u0131l vadeli 100 milyon Euro tutar\u0131ndaki krediyle hayata ge\u00e7irilecek Florentia Village ile aralar\u0131nda \u0130talyan markalar\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 markan\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
